About Mum – A Memoir: In Her own Words

This book is a little bit of the story of my Mum, Margaret Iris (Bolitho) Whitwell. Born in Granity in 1927 on the South Island’s West Coast, she is the second daughter of the Granity Postmaster, John Bolitho.
This book, is a transcript of interviews where she just talked about her life. It is basically unedited, but captures something of the spirit and personality that makes her who she is.
She is very humble about herself, yet to us, she is the greatest!
