Last year on 26th June, I had a massive heart attack.  It nearly took my life.  But thankfully it was not final or fatal.  I wrote a book about it.  It is my story, from the moment the totally unexpected happened, emergency hospital admission, cardio rehabilitation, recovery, and building my new normal.  It is also seven lessons I have learned (or am trying to learn) along the road to recovery.

It is being released on 26th June.  Exactly one year to the day of the heart attack.
